This boots is a very small place, but it's perfect not over crowd. The staff couldn't have been nicer. No pressure for buying glasses very respectful of letting you have your own space but also saying they are there to help.Even though I live in Cambridge I will always go to the Ely branch. All staff have always made me feel "cared for" nothing was to much trouble for them. The young man named Jay (Bexleyheath Branch) was so kind and helpful when dispensing my spectacles. He really took time with me , I tend to think I am a bother but Jay never made me feel that way he was just so good and kind.

I have been using Boots opticians for several years, firstly in Norwich and now in Ely. I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly. The optometrists who exam my eyes have always proved to be caring and happy to answer my questions.
